Now, here’s a set that’s very fun to work with and makes fantastic cards for tween and teen girls, but could also work for boys, depending upon which image you use. It’s got a touch of nostalgia mixed in with a whole lot of cute. Introducing Well Played.
When I got my first record player I thought it was the neatest thing in the world! I had one just like this. Maybe not the same color. I honestly can’t remember the color, but I sure do remember the record player and the music and all the dreaming up of scenarios in which Paul McCartney would somehow notice me in the crowd and. . . well, anyway. . . it’s kind of a timeless thing, isn’t it?
I punched my sentiment panel with a ticket corner punch to make it match those in the designer paper (My Mind’s Eye Notable) and, of course I bedazzled the image panel with rhinestones. Well Played is one of those sets you can’t help but love. Coloring was done with Copics.
Hop around and spread some love. I think you’ll enjoy it:
I’ll be back with more tomorrow. Thank you!

That is so cute, yes I remember how excited I was to have my own record player, but my love was Shaun Cassidy :) Your coloring is so cool here and I love that quote piece, (I think that's what you call it) with the hearts and music symbol, cute touch!!

Oh, Leslie, back in the day, eh? I remember having a record player like this, and I was actually a card-carrying Beatles fan!!! Wow! I love this sweet card and the beautiful colors you've used, and the die shape for your focal image works beautifully...so sweet! Beautiful coloring with bling, and I know this will be a fun set to play with and make cards even for some of my "fun" friends who remember these ole things! Hehe! Hugs!
