Sweet Saturday

Hello, and happy Saturday to you!  I have a little something for your sweet tooth today.  My husband, Rich, always says if they were any sweeter they could give you diabetes.  It’s so true.  I don’t often capture Wally and LuLu’s utter adorableness in photos, as I usually photograph them when they’re playing, but on this day the hugability factor was high.  I get a catch in my throat when I look at them.

This was on LuLu’s second day home.  She just took her pain medicine and she’s feeling a little sleepy.

Are you sleepy, too, Wally?

I guess so.

Maybe I’ll just lay down here with you for a while.

We’ll play later.

Ni’, night.

What a relief to have that over with and your precious Lulu safely home, and I'm sure Wally feels the same. She does look a little wiped out, but her Wally is doing a great job of comforting her. In a couple of days, it won't even be a memory for her. Happy days are here again! Linda

I need to stop viewing your sweet doggy photos...I have been actually googling dog breeders here near my home for goldens...and there are 3 already that live behind us that are not so well behaved. But every time I see these, I think...well maybe...I am sure it is the dog owners that make such wonderful dogs too and these two do seem pretty wonderful, Leslie!

Your babies are so sweet, they make my teeth hurt! So glad to see Lulu doing well after her surgery! What a precious girl with her pink chew toy, and that Wally is Mr. Wonder-Dog, to say the least!
