Monday night at 10:30 it started snowing. By 11:00 it looked like this.
What’s going on out here?
Tuesday morning we woke up to more snow than we’ve had here in years. LuLu didn’t quite know what to make of it at first.
Wally just wanted to catch snowballs.
LuLu couldn’t figure out where they went.
I had to go to work, but Rich and the kids stayed home and played.
A day or two of snow is a treat, but I’m glad it doesn’t stick around too long. We’re back to the same old rain now. It’s easier to deal with, but snow is much more fun to play in.
Stay cozy and have a good weekend!
Wow, that is a lot of snow. And that's what I think is still in store for us. We have been breaking temperature records all week here in Ontario and yesterday, my puppies were 'sunning' themselves on the grass in the backyard. This has been the craziest UNWINTER in years. Wish I could be like Wally and LuLu and just enjoy the moment, no matter what it brings!

LOL! This is great! Love LuLu's expressions, and low tail body language. She really wasn't sure about that white stuff!

I really hope the snow stays in your neck of the woods. Don't send it over here... I want spring already. BIG GRIN
looks like they're having fun
Have a great day

Fabulous pictures, Leslie. Here on the East Coast, we didn't have any snow to speak of this winter. Go figure!!

What fun for the dogs. I love the cute expressions. I'm no fan if snow and have to say in my neck of the woods, Cleveland area, our snow came and went within 2-3 days. Supposed to go to 70's today! Craziest winter we've ever had. Thanks Leslie for blessing me with your beautiful pictures.

Wow that is amazing how the weather is having such extreme's, we have been having record highs here, feels like we went from winter to summer, cute seeing them enjoy the snow and like your little commentary with it :)

Wow! Your snow there looks like our biggest snowfall for the whole winter & in Iowa that is unheard of. We just had no snow at all. And we have been having record highs for days. It was 81 here the other day & the normal is 47 for this time of the year for us. Today is to be 78! The kids looked like they were having fun, but I bet they still prefer the warm days! Enjoy your weekend!

Snow! What great fun! The pooches look like they were still making their minds up on this fluffy white stuff. I noticed in the 2nd photo, there is a pretty mauve bloom braving the weather. Nice. Winter almost did not happen this year, as Bonnie mentioned. We too, in Quebec, had milder conditions and lighter amounts of snow. There is still the odd patch of snow left, here & there. Spring weather is about 3 weeks earlier than usual. I'll bet the crocuses will be arrving soon and I've heard the maple sugar shacks are doing well. Have a good week.

Wow! Thankfully in our neck of the woods it's just been a little rain although it did try to snow on Tuesday but only a few minutes of fluffly flakes and then it was gone. Whew! - Wally and Lulu look as if they are just having a blast.

Don't you just love it, when they discover something new! It's "What is this stuff??", "What do you do with it??" I believe LuLu and Wally, finally decided it was fun! Thanks for the adorable pics!

We could not believe the WET snow either. Finally got our power back on thurs. a.m. Not complaining, still folks up the river without for another 2 wks...ugh!!!
Our gardens and house are fine...except 2 flowering plums got a severe pruning. Our trail in the woods.....years worth of firewood down and the trail will take months to clean up and have to reroute part of it. At least it is out of sight and the majority of trees are myrtle, so can be down for years with out rotting and.....we can not see most from the house.
Loving the more normal rain and seeing the grass, daffy's, etc again ;-)
Think spring ! TFS the pics my friend.....

My husband and I look forward to Saturday's photos each week. What a surprise to see your snow. Here in lower NY State we are having 70 degree weather and higher. Very unusual but welcome. Your puppies don't mind and it is easier to get snow off those paws than mud. Thanks for the visit.

Great photos of the little ones and the snow. I am so glad we live in the panhandle of Florida. If I want to see snow I go to the last page of the calender. Thanks for a confirmation of our decision. The photos were a great treat.
