Are you ready for a peek at the stamp sets Flourishes is releasing this month? We’re going to start off the previews with a real beauty illustrated by Marcella Hawley.
And here’s my card:
A picture is worth a thousand words. What can I possibly say that needs saying, except to tell you that this is only one of several images in the Apple of My Eye set? I think you’re going to like it! I colored with Copics on Classic White and used BasicGrey Origins designer paper to cover the card base. A very simple layout for this glorious image, decorated only with a single length of two-tone peach ribbon and some craftable flowers which I colored lightly with Copics.
You can preorder this set here if you’d like to get it in your hands as soon as possible. After the release party on Thursday night all sets will be fully revealed and ready to order and ship. As always, you can leave a comment on the Apple of My Eye post on the Newsletter for a chance to win the set.
More candy for you! Since Flourishes is in the middle of their birthday celebration, we have some extra treats for you today! Leave a comment on my post today and I’ll toss your name in the hat for a chance to win Apple of My Eye! Yum! Apple-flavored candy! I'll draw the winning comment on Friday night and announce it Saturday morning. But that’s not all – Julie and Cindy have blog candy today, too. You’ll find their links below.
