Actually, I began coloring this a while back, but put it aside when I thought my pinks were too bright. Finally, I Googled pink Magnolias and found them in shades varying from very soft to rather bright. So, here are my rather bright pink magnolias:
The stamp set I used is Magnolias, from Flourishes. I colored with Copic markers and cut out the flowers so I could avoid using the extra ink required to shade around the image. I really do need to stock up on the Various Inks, but I shudder at the cost. These are the colors I used:
Since I made this card just for fun I left the sentiment off for the time being. It may become a birthday card, get well, thinking of you, possibly even a sympathy card. I hope you enjoy it. Have a lovely day!

Any shade of PINK is wonderful, including brights. No matter what occasion you decide to use this card for, no doubt it will be very much appreciated.

Beautiful! I have just purchased some Copics from Flourishes (I wait until they have the sale)... but I must admit, I have other markers and Copics are great! They draw like "butter". This is gorgeous Leslie. Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful spring card, Leslie. Thought you might
like to know that Marco's Paper (in Ohio) has Copic

There may be deals on ink refills, too. I don't
know. Just an idea for you! Have a great day.

I DID enjoy it! :) It's very beautiful. I know what you mean about those pinks being too bright, though. I always hesitate to use them because they just pop right off the page! I'm rather limited with my colors, though.

Quite lovely! Glad I had my sunglasses on....! I need to give those colors a try. The bolder the better on my color wheel!!

This is just beautiful. Isn't it fun to color something up just for the sheer joy of it! Love the pinks against the softer greens & aquas.

Beautiful card, Leslie! And, what a good idea to leave the sentiment off for now. I really should do that.

Beautiful as is, madame! I like how your eye goes right to those flowers, then travels around to see the soft patterns of paper surrounding them.
