These children’s birthday cards are two of eleven I need to make to fill an order. All the cards will be for girls ranging in ages from 2 to 15. I bought these Penny Black stamps for children’s cards and hadn’t used them yet so they were among the first I pulled out. I also hadn’t used my BasicGrey Life of the Party paper pad yet so it came out, too. Truthfully, I bought that paper pad thinking of boys, and these cards don’t look very frilly feminine but I’m hoping they’ll be okay for a couple of the youngest girls.
The first card uses a Stampin’ Up! sentiment, and both cards have touches of glitter. Spellbinders dies used on the first card are:
The sentiment on the second card is Penny Black and is cut with one of the JustRite Custom dies. The image and mat are cut with Spellbinders Labels Twenty Two S4-346.
I used these Copic markers for coloring:
That’s it for today. Looking forward to the weekend. Enjoy!

These are so cute! Any little one would love to receive either of these! Love your coloring and the papers are so very pretty! Well done!

cute cards and fun paper. I'm sure they'll love them. Girls don't always need frilly stuff. Some of us like to be tomboys...
