THE CHALLENGE IS – a sketch! HERE'S HOW TO PLAY: Use this sketch for your creation. Please use Flourishes stamps and when you wrap it up with a bow, just link up to the Christmas Spirit Challenge 12 thread in the Flourishes Contests and Challenges Thread subforum here and you'll be in the running to win! What do you win? Well, 10 lucky winners will be handed one of the Alleluia Angel stamp sets!! If you upload to SCS, please use the keyword FLLCNOEL12. You have until April 30 at 5 pm EST to submit your cards. Flourishes will announce the winner when we issue next month's challenge.
I used the Alleluia Angel for my card today:
Using designer paper from my scrap drawer, I kept the card base a muted duet of mustard and ivory. The center ivory panel frames the main image with a stamped border created with the two decorative element stamps which come with the set. This is a 5 1/4” square card, and with the center panel 4 1/4” the stamped frame came out just right. I used the border stamp to decorate the card’s inside and the envelope, as well.
The angel was stamped first in mustard ink on the circle, then separately in Memento Rich Cocoa, colored with Copics, cut out and glued over the first image.
Need a little more inspiration? The Flourishes Design Team decided to join in on the fun today, so hop on over and see...

Awwww... Leslie this is soothing and beautiful! I like that she is standing out against the soft colors. Beautiful beautiful!!!!
Have had a huge wind storm here the last 2 days and taking Ranger for a walk in it has been crazy. His nose is to the wind, ears pinned back and wanting to run to whatever smell he has at the moment. ha ha He is almost 1 and just adorable. I think of you and Wally when we are out walking on the trail lately. He is probably wondering who is this wally character. lol Anyways, hope you have a great weekend. :0)

Stunning image - fabulous coloring! While normally I love all the colors of the Christmas season, your use of non-traditional colors really made me think about a broader palate. So glad to see what you've shared today!
