I love when you share these pictures with us. My kids are gone, I have no grandchildren and my "girls" are what get me through the day. Thanks again

Now that's a real kind of love .... unconditional.

Be still my heart. Wally is such a handsome Golden. Dogs playing with their friends is always an awesome sight and always brings smiles and giggles. Magnum is a good looking Lab. I especially like the picture of the two of them in the water doing what they love. Thanks so much for sharing.

Gabriela

What a delightful set of photos. Your photos made me wish I could visit your lake in person. I'm so glad you shared a sliver of your wonderful weekend with your devoted readers.

Hi Leslie ~ This immediately put a smile on my face when I saw these pictures...needed this since I received some not so good news from my doctor...I love seeing pictures of your Wally...and it always makes me turn to my "Piper" and give a little more love. TFS :)

Thank you, Leslie, for sharing these wonderful pictures of a wonderful day. Just brings such a warm happy feeling inside me. Your boys are so handsome. Love the line, "No stick left behind." SO true!! lol

Your photos give me the warm fuzzies, Leslie...and I am so jealous of your 70° weather. We are battening down the hatches here for a very nasty blizzard. (School has already been called off for tomorrow.)

Hi Leslie, I loved your photos, & really enjoyed sharing in your lovely day at the lake. It looks like a happy day out. I have two girls, both labradors and I love them to bits too.
I would like to warn you of the dangers of dogs fetching sticks though, as I worry for their safety.
My MIL used to throw a stick for her collie cross "Iona" when she was out walking. Iona loved fetching sticks or balls and would happily do this for quite a while, until her puff ran out. One day the ground was a bit softer and the stick was thrown and landed with one end sticking out of the firm mud, pointing towards a galloping Iona. She ended up getting pierced with the end of the small thin branch, it narrowly missed a main artery and her wind pipe so she "only" suffered a wound that needed stitched and a course of anti-biotics but she survived to chase only balls from then on, sticks were banned. My MIL always warned other dog lovers of this danger, so I wanted to pass it on to you, knowing how much you love your beautiful Wally, and Magnum too.
I hope you don't mind me writing this here.
I would hate anything to happen to either of these gorgeous boys.
hugs Alexandra x

Hi, Leslie! Love this post with photos of your guys and you! I KNOW the entire world is NOT buried in snow, but when you live in a world of white it's sometimes hard NOT to think that it's not white everywhere. WOW -- that this is January is YOUR world is amazing -- AND encouraging! Springtime is sure to come!!! Thanks for a fun post!!! I don't get out much and this was fun to see!!!!

Stacy aka Twinshappy SCS
